Self-aspirating gas ignition and pilot burner

Self-aspirating 38, 48 or 54 mm gas igniter for reliable ignition of a main burner.


Functionality: Gas and air are mixed in the ignition (pilot) burner. The mixture is ignited by a high-energy spark.

  • Insensitive to pressure fluctuation at the inside of the furnace. Small diameter (Ø 38 mm) for self-aspirating igniter.
  • Three integrated spark plugs for size 54 mm
  • One integrated spark plug for sizes 38 and 48 mm
  • High-energy ignition: Moisture, dirt, oil and grease do not affect ignition
  • Robust stainless steel design
  • Integrated spark plugs and ionization electrode
