HEGWEIN offers a compact and at the same time powerful solution
The scope of supply consists of two ZAEL4 series oil-fired pilot burners, an ASD-75 automatic burner control unit and the control stations for fuel oil (extra light) and atomizing air.
In the application mentioned, a grate firing system for waste wood with 22 MW thermal output is ignited. Before ignition, the boiler is preheated so that the flue gas filters for wood combustion can be put into operation. This is where HEGWEIN's compact yet powerful solution comes into play.
The ignition firing system consists of two oil pilot burners, each with an output of 1,500 to 3,600 KW. The pilot burners from Hegwein operate reliably over the entire output range and are characterized by their compact design. Both the ignition transformer and the flame monitor are integrated in the pilot burner head. This makes electrical installation extremely easy.
